Most airline flight tickets and service fees are non-refundable after 24 hours of original bookings. Flight bookings can be canceled within 24 hours or original bookings and up to 3 hours before the scheduled departure time. Depending on the airlines, a cancellation fee will be charged after 24 hours of original flight reservations.
Spiritairgo is not able to provide any specific time frame concerning the time that may require to process the refunds. Once the cancellation request has been made by the customers with our service agent, you will be sent an e-mail notification. However, receiving a notification does not ensure that you will receive a refund. An e-mail notification is just a reminder that your request has been made and it will provide you with a tracking number. On receiving your request for flight cancellation and refund, we will contact the airlines to generate waivers, only if you are eligible for a refund.
Refunds will only be possible if the airline rules permit refunds for canceled flights. Once, the request is accepted by the airlines, it may take about 60-90 business days. All the refund fees charged are per passenger.
